HELLO AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
I hope you have all enjoyed your festive period and ate lots of lovely things and received lots of amazing gifts and most importantly, spent lots of quality time with your loved ones. In this post, I'm going to be showing you some of the things I got for Christmas this year. I have absolutely loved seeing what everybody has got and I really wanted to do a post about my own gifts because I know it will be a nice thing to look back on. PS. I'm sorry it's a little late but at least that means I have used some of the products and I'm able to give you a small review!
Calvin Klein Underwear
I have wanted this underwear for so long and I was very excited about the fact that I got some. I love the colour, it actually makes me look a little bit tanned. The best thing is, that the underwear is just so comfy. I have worn it several times, it's the best on lazy days when you don't want to wear a full on bra and it's perfect to wear under baggy jumpers.
Fish Eye Lens for iPhone
I am a little bit addicted to instagram so this again, makes me so excited. I can imagine it's going to give me some really interesting shots and will be so great when I've got some beautiful scenery or I'm on holiday. It comes with a magnetic ring which you attach to your front/back camera and then the lens just attaches to that, so it was very easy to fit. Also, it's very small so perfect for carrying around in your handbag.
MAC lipstick (Blankety)
I asked for this lipstick because basically, I am addicted to nudes. I have velvet teddy as I'm sure everybody does and although I really love it, I wanted to go for a lighter nude and this was absolutely perfect for that. It's somewhat a more subtle nude too.
MAC amber x9 Eyeshadow Palette
Oh my goodness, I am absolutely in love with this palette already. The colours are absolutely beautiful and so pigmented. They are really easy to apply and perfect for every day use as they're not too extravagant. I would 100% recommend it & I would definitely like to do a review post and some tutorials on it.
Dressing Gown (Topshop)
I've had the same dressing gown for a few years now so needless to say, I really needed a new one. This one is so warm and cosy and silky and I literally live it now.Topshop Jumper & H&M Owl Jumper
I received two jumpers because who doesn't need jumpers? The light blue Topshop jumper is so warm and cosy and really easy to wear and I think the colour is really flattering. The Owl jumper is not my usual style but I think it's very cute. The jumper itself has short sleeves so I think it'll look very cute in the spring when it gets a little bit warmer .
My Burberry Perfume
Ever since I tried this perfume in the summer, in a Burberry shop in Paris, I have been obsessed. Every time I have gone in a department store since that moment, I have had to make sure I spray myself with this. The scent is really soft and not too sweet but really elegant, it's also not overpowering. (I'm so bad at describing scents!) I love that it stays on all day and I am always getting compliments when wearing it.
Urban Outfitters Cup
I really like cute cups like this and when I have my own house, it'll be full of these quirky things. i also really like all of the Urban Outfitters home things so I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for some really cool bits.
Nike Leggings
I really needed some plain black gym leggings and these certainly do the job. They're full length and made from cotton so they're really great around this time of year when it's a little bit colder, although I'm sure you're not going to be cold in the gym! I really like the nike tick at the bottom as it just adds a little bit of detail. I am ashamed to say I haven't tried this out yet but I've had a Nike pair before and they're great quality and price!
Boujoir Paris Eyeshadow & Mascara
I think Boujoir do a lot of these small eyeshadow palette's in different colours, mine is the blue smokey eye set. I have tried this out and I absolutely love the shade and the shadow is SO pigmented. I have also enjoyed using the mascara, the brush is really thin and has a side of short bristles and then a side of slightly longer bristles. These are great because they allow you to have different effects on your eyelashes. The wand separates the lashes really well and adds great length to the lashes.
Pandora Earrings
I think Pandora do the prettiest jewellery and I wear my pandora rings everyday so I was lucky enough to get some earrings, too.
Neom De-stress Room Spray
This spray is an absolutely brilliant product that really calms you. You are supposed to spray the scent onto your pillow before bed and breathe in a few times in order to calm yourself down. The scent is such an amazing, soft lavendar and I must admit it does really relax me and help me get to sleep.
Topshop Boots
I was after some plain black boots with a heel and spotted these so they went on my christmas list. Although they have a bit of a heel, they're extremely comfy to wear and will look great if you want to dress up an outfit. They're also perfect for everyday and really add something special to your outfit.
