October Favourites 2014

First of all, I would just to say I'm so sorry that is late and so sorry for the lack of posts recently. Uni work has hit me hard this term but I will try balance it out more, promise! As you read by the title, this is going to be my October favourites post, here are all the products that I have not stopped using or wearing last month.

Soap & Glory Eyebrow
I literally lived by this last month. It's double sides so one size is a mini brush that brushes your eyebrow and the other side is the pencil. the tip of the pencil is very fine and makes it really easy to apply, another thing I love it about it is that I don't have to worry about sharpening it. It gives my eyebrows a really natural look. It's also super handy that you have the brush on the other side as that makes it so much easier to tame and shape the brow. I've been using this product every day for over a month now and there's still no sign of it running out!

Rimmel London Dark Night Water-oops! Lipstick

I have decided that I am going to be a lot more daring with my lip colour this winter and I really wanted a dark purple and this is the perfect shade. It's moisturising so it leaves your lips soft and it's super easy to apply. This lipstick does have to be topped up during the day, but only one or two times after you've eaten just so it keeps its shade. All in all, I really love it and I'm going to be wearing a lot in November too!

H&M Black High Wasted Jeans
I literally live in my black jeans from Topshop so I thought it was time that I purchased some more. I wanted to get high wasted jeans as I have quite a lot of cropped jumpers. I did have a look in Topshop but they didn't have any high wasted jeans so I opted for H&M. I picked up these jeans for just £15.99 and they're literally just as good, if not better, as my Topshop jeans which I usually pay double the price for. They're really comfortable, and the colour is more a faded black, which I also like. I have probably worn them more than Topshop jeans this month and that's saying something.

Primark Shoulder Bag
This is such a simple favourite but I had to include it because it has been my life saver this month. We all, as girls, have our big bags which we use for school/college/uni or when we've just got a lot of things to take out with us but we've also got days where that big bag is pretty empty as all we want to take out with us is our purse and keys. This bag is absolutely perfect for those day, where I only have a couple of things which I want to bring out with me. I also really like the detailing on it - I don't think it looks like its from Primark at all.

Rimmel London Nail Varnish (Caramel Cupcake)
This is a kind of light browny/nude nail varnish and I have been wearing it non-stop. This nail varnish is great for when you just want to wear nail varnish but want your nail varnish to remain neutral. Its also great for when you've got a really bright outfit on and want nails that just fade it. Additionally, this nail varnish in general, dries really quickly and actually lasts more than a day!

Taylor Swift 1989
I don't think it's any surprise to anyone that this is my favourite album of the month. Although it only came out in the last week of October, it is still probably my most played album of the month. I literally love every single one of Taylor's albums and the more I listen to this one, the more I absolutely adore it. My three favourite songs are: Bad Blood, Style and Wildest Dreams.

Original Source Shower Gel  (Watermelon) (Pineapple & Coconut Oil)
I already that Original source did AMAZING smelling shower gels and these were on offer in Boots so I thought I would give them a go. I have literally not used anything else since. They smell so amazing and at the same time natural and it leaves my body smelling so good afterwards.

Incense Sticks (Black Coconut)
These have been my replacement for candles this month. In my opinion, I actually prefer the smell of incense burning as opposed to a lot of candles and I also find it a lot more soothing. I got these from a local shop and they have lots and lots of different flavour but I adore black coconut its so sweet and leaves my bedroom smelling amazing.

Thanks for reading. What have been some of your favourites this month, let me know below! :)
